Donations

Thank you for your generous donation. Please note that all donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded or canceled. By donating, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided.

Private Event Tickets

Refunds for event tickets are available up to 24 hours before the event begins. To request a refund, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the event date. We will process your refund as soon as possible, and it will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Details:

  • Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or after the event has taken place.

  • In the case of a rescheduled event, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, and refunds will only be considered in specific circumstances. Please reach out to us for more details if the event is rescheduled.

  • If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can assist with your refund request.

  • If the event is canceled entirely by us, we will offer a full refund. Please keep an eye on your email for notifications regarding event cancellations or changes.
